At Liquorme.co.nz, we strive to guarantee your orders are delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping costs. You will also find information on delivery times and other important details to help you with your order.

Freight Costs

  • Standard Delivery (Auckland Region) : $6.99 per order for all standard residential and commercial addresses in Auckland Region.
  • Standard Delivery Nationwide (excluding Auckland) : $6.99 per order for all standard residential and commercial addresses in the North and South Islands.
  • Rural Delivery: An extra $3.00 per order.
  • Islands Outside Mainland NZ: For locations like Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and Stewart Island, please contact our team. We can offer you a shipping quote.
  • Case Deals: Please note all Case Deals have a turn around time of around 5-7 working days for delivery.

Delivery Time-frame

  • North Island: Orders placed before 12 PM are often delivered overnight but allow up to 2-3 business days.
  • South Island & Rural Areas: Deliveries typically take 2-4 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
  • Holiday Deliveries: Please expect minor delays during the holiday season due to high demand.
  • Case Deals: All Case deals have a delivery time-frame of around 4-5 days.

We do our best to dispatch all orders placed on business days within 2-7 working days. For after-hours, weekend, or rural area orders, delivery can take up to 3-9 working days.

  • Auckland Delivery Special: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150. This applies to Auckland region deliveries.
  • Nationwide Delivery Special: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150. This applies to all North Island, South Island, and rural deliveries but excludes smaller islands.

Important Delivery Information

  1. Authority to Leave:
    Due to the nature of our products, couriers can’t leave parcels unattended. If no one is available at the delivery location, a ‘Card to Call’ will be left. This card lets you arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from the nearest Courier depot.
  2. Damaged Parcels:
    • If a parcel shows visible signs of damage or leakage upon delivery, refuse it. Inform the courier to return it to us.
    • Once the courier confirms the damage, we will dispatch a replacement order within 24 hours.
  3. Out-of-Stock Items:
    • Occasionally, items are unavailable due to supplier issues.
    • If this happens, we will contact you within 48 hours. It will take longer for weekend orders. We will offer a full refund or a substitute product with your approval.
  4. Courier Delays:
    We work with reliable courier services. Still, delivery times are affected by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will help in resolving delays where possible but can’t guarantee punctuality under these conditions.
